upon arrival, i waited longer than expected at the reception.. this delay occurred despite there being no clear explanation provided by the receptionist. additionally, the room temperature was lower than comfortable, requiring me to adjust my clothing to maintain warmth during the night.

The location was great, very close to public transport like buses and trams! it was amazingly clean, and there was no carpet. the room was big. breakfast had many options. The staff were really gentle.

i had to wait at reception for 25 minutes upon arrival, and i didn't know why the receptionist stared at the screen without a word. it created an unpleasant experience.
