the location was ideal for what i needed. i was really lucky to get one of the newly refurbished rooms. the staff was AMAZING!!!

The room was recently renovated to a high standard. It had a nice balcony. I found the location excellent. Check in was smooth.
I noted that the bar was quite deserted. I would have liked more activity there . This was my only slight disappointment.

the location offered great access to many major attractions. I found a nearby tube station very useful. The beds and pillows provided good comfort .
the interior seemed somewhat dated to me. The bathroom was very basic. I noticed it cost extra for a coffee from a machine at breakfast.

The location proves great, close to many cafes. staff showed such kindness. I mentioned my friend earned her phd, reception delivered a congratulations letter plus complimentary cake. it proved such a nice touch.
i found the bar completely deserted. when i inquired about vegan options, staff handed me the menu. they offered no explanation about vegan choices or if items could become vegan.

the location was acceptable. it was near hyde park, convenient for an event i attended.
this hotel cost far too much for what it was. the service at breakfast left a lot to be desired. i could not even get a cappuccino without paying extra, it was just big vats of tea and coffee.
