mixed experience
unfriendly staff full car park
the location was close to the city center.
The breakfast seating arrangement was not ideal. Guests were required to share tables with strangers. the staff seemed indifferent, and i found them to be lacking in friendliness. i also encountered an issue with the parking. Despite paying for it, the car park was at full capacity.

Really good Stay Near Historical Landmarks!
convenient location stocked fridge comfortable pillows delicious breakfast
The location is superb. It is very close to both the castle and cathedral. The room included a generously stocked fridge with affordable drinks and snacks. Breakfast options included a delicious full English, though it was available for an extra charge. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
The vehicle access to the site presented a slight challenge due to its narrow and steep nature.

The staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful . They explained everything clearly upon arrival. They also made themselves available should I have needed assistance. Their attentive service contributed significantly to a positive experience.

Really good service and breakfast
friendly staff extensive choices
The staff greeted me warmly and assisted with my luggage upon arrival. Breakfast included locally sourced ingredients and a wide selection of choices. I was grateful for the clean bathroom and modern amenities in the room. The location allowed easy access to the castle and cathedral quarter. The room was a Superior Double or Twin Room.
