helpful staff good facility quiet location

The staff was very helpful. The climate control was beneficial. the room had good facilities! the modern bathroom included useful amenities. I appreciated the availability of two lifts. the location was quiet, a peaceful area. great breakfast. I would stay again.

i found no amenities in the room, apart from tea or coffee making facilities, even though these are advertised. there was no welcome pack, so i did not know the phone number to call reception if there were any problems.

thumping noise limited amenities

the location was acceptable with straightforward access to the underground.

i experienced several issues . the room i was assigned was on the first floor, and there was persistent thumping noise , made it difficult to sleep. also, i found the lack of amenities in the room quite disappointing (only tea and coffee making facilities were available).

A Gem Near the Park

peaceful location tube stations thoughtful touch

I loved the closeness to the beautiful Kensington Park. The location offered peace. The tube stations were a comfortable walking distance. I also found the automatic doors leading to our room a very thoughtful touch.

The absence of provided water in the room was definitely a letdown. I feel at least a bottle of water should be available.

The front desk staff was attentive. A doorman and concierge was especially helpful in ensuring all my needs were met. The catering and buffet line supervisor maintained order and kept everything well-stocked. I observed their care.

attentive staff working elevators

i found the staff to be attentive and polite. the elevators worked well, and the area was quiet and near many restaurants. i easily took a cab to paddington station with my luggage.

i found that the hotel lacked bottled water in the rooms. my partner had to go downstairs to get water and glasses. this should be standard for the price.

broken air conditioning torn curtains

the air conditioning failed on sunday morning. it was like, super toasty outside. i told someone, and they promised a fix. nope! i came back to a fan instead, blowing warm air around. seriously?! plus, the curtains didn't close properly so i got the sunlight super early. and get this, the curtains were torn!!
