Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms are excellent with stunning views of the skyscrapers outside and very comfortable bedding. The service provided is top-notch, with helpful and courteous staff. Its location in the Mega Kuningan business district is convenient, and the dining experience, although limited to juicy steaks, was satisfying. However, the pricing could be considered on the higher side, but the value for money is definitely there.
The hotel is located in the Mega Kuningan business district, offering a wonderful view of the skyscrapers. The rooms are cleaned and come with very comfortable beddings, plus access to the club lounge. The service is top-notch with helpful and courteous staff, especially Mrs Kristalia at the reception. However, the hotel is far from malls. Overall, it's a great value with excellent service and a prime location for business travelers.
