i found the breakfast to be a highlight with varied options. the staff facilitated an early breakfast at my request, accommodating my early departure. my room service was efficient and the staff packed a takeaway breakfast at 3:30 am on checkout day. the complimentary airport transfer was also very convenient.

The breakfast was great. I liked Jamavar very much and the staff member Desai there was polite. Jyoti at reception helped me quickly. Swapnil, the Concierge Manager, was excellent with great politeness. He arranged a wake-up call, printed my flight tickets, and showed us the Grand Ballroom. (It seems he handles everything!).
I noticed the absence of warm greeting at the porch from any staff. The check-in took 15-20 minutes. No one offered us a seat or a glass of water, I had to ask for it myself after 25 minutes.

the breakfast was fine.. it had a decent selection of pastries.
They refused to provide plates and cutlery for my mother's specific dietary needs. the staff seemed unaware of hotel policies, and communication was poor. also, the swimming pool area seemed quite dirty with spider webs, and i even saw a rat near the pool.

huge selectionrestful sleep
The breakfast buffet had a huge selection. I ate almost everything!!! the room service was very fast and efficient. The food arrived hot and the presentation was great. i really enjoyed the complimentary toiletries. They were high quality and plentiful. the king size bed provided a restful sleep. The linens felt so luxurious!!!
The check-in process was slightly slow. It took a little longer than expected.
