excellent stay
butler service advanced technology
I especially appreciated the butler service. They addressed every request promptly. the room technology was advanced. Lights activated automatically upon entry. monish, our butler, was awesome. He fulfilled every small request with a smile.
The streets surrounding the hotel were unfortunately not well kept. I returned quickly from a walk.

the hotel has direct access to a shopping mall, very convenient. the breakfast buffet had extensive choices, including a waffle bar. there were many food options available.

Koishii restaurant offered a unique meal. I appreciated the reservation confirmation through whatsapp. the seven kitchens dining team, angie and aniketh, provided excellent service. the indian restaurant featured amazing food!!!

really good experience
excellent experience responsive team special treat shopping mall
my butler, hrithik, greeted me. every experience was excellent. every team member at the hotel was responsive. they walked me from one location to another. manisha ensured we had champagne on completion of our program. manisha were great too celebrate the birthday of one of our team members. she had a cake prepared. the pianist played "happy birthday". hrithik was helpful. i enjoyed the attached mall. i could easily slip out of the hotel to do shopping.
after dinner, the server asked us to pay for a bottle of water. we were not told it was not included.

the staff ensured a seamless experience. Hrithik provided helpful information. Manisha arranged a surprise birthday celebration. I really appreciated the attentive service. the attentiveness of the staff was really good.

my room included a king bed and a view. the rooms were clean and well-kept. Housekeeping services were thorough. i enjoyed the classy room. it had perfect amenities for the stay.

a tender embrace in the clouds
expansive views sea glimpse higher floor
the rooms showcase expansive views. i saw the race course stretch out below. coastal road glimpses and the sea sparkled in the distance. settling into our room on one of the higher floors reminded me of a dream.
i noticed a slight delay in addressing a minor issue. a prompt response would have added to the seamless experience. i am sure this will be looked at.

our room featured plush bedding and top-tier amenities. meticulous housekeeping ensured a pristine environment throughout our stay. abundant bottled water was readily available. every detail was attended to.

seven kitchens offered an amazing feast with diverse cuisines. the buffet breakfast included an excellent selection of dishes. i tasted crispy rawadosa, misal pav, and various idli options. i remember excellent food quality.

the pool is temperature controlled which allowed for lovely evening swims. i enjoyed the gym. this space was very clean with excellent equipment. it was easy to access palladium mall directly from the hotel.

waffle bar fresh pav bhaji packed breakfast
The breakfast choices seemed limitless. a chef even checked on me. I was eating alone. the waffle bar had unique options and the pav bhaji was delicious, it all tasted so fresh. they packed an entire breakfast for me, including coffee. this was prepared for my early departure. i thought this was superb care.
the tea cart passed just as i was leaving. i was already full. i regret i did not get to try it.
