excellent stay

butler serviceadvanced technologyunmaintained streets
I especially appreciated the butler service. They addressed every request promptly. the room technology was advanced. Lights activated automatically upon entry. monish, our butler, was excellent. He fulfilled every small request with a smile.
The streets surrounding the hotel were unfortunately not well-kept. I returned quickly from a walk.

my butler, hrithik, greeted me. every experience was excellent. every team member at the hotel was responsive. they walked me from one location to another. manisha ensured we had champagne on completion of our program. manisha were great too celebrate the birthday of one of our team members. she had a cake prepared. the pianist played "happy birthday". hrithik was helpful. i enjoyed the attached mall. i could easily slip out of the hotel to do shopping.
after dinner, the server asked us to pay for a bottle of water. we were not told it was not included.

the rooms showcase expansive views. i saw the race course stretch out below. coastal road glimpses and the sea sparkled in the distance. settling into our room on one of the higher floors was like a dream.
i noticed a slight delay in addressing a minor issue. a prompt response would have added to the seamless experience. i am sure this will be looked at.

The breakfast choices seemed limitless. a chef even checked on me. I was eating alone. the waffle bar had unique options and the pav bhaji was delicious, it all tasted so fresh. they packed an entire breakfast for me, including coffee. this was prepared for my early departure. i thought this was superb care.
the tea cart passed just as i was leaving. i was already full. i regret i did not get to try it.
