adequate stay, some issues noticed

mould issue sloppy paint
my room was not great the tv was unable to stay horizontal. i also saw moisture and mould in the bathroom it really needs a good clean. some of the paint on the walls looked poor, a sloppy job i thought.

a lovely getaway

tea facilities earlier check-in free parking
my room included good tea facilities and some treats. the team facilitated an earlier check-in upon request and this helped me a lot. i found free street parking near the hotel.
the kitchen could have been more accessible.

the correspondence with the owner ensured all my concerns were addressed, it was more than sufficient. the bed was quite comfortable, very clean.
The street parking was located on a very busy main road. I had to park partially on the curb!

clear directions tea coffee water supply simple entry
i found directions were simple. entry used clear codes. the room featured tea and coffee supplies. water was also available.
i noticed some street noise. the sound proofing could improve.

the hotel has plenty of street parking and convenient access to transportation. i could walk to grocery stores. walkable distance to the titanic experience was great. the staff was very helpful and accommodating too..
the room had only one narrow window making it dark. the tv could not stay horizontal. the bathroom has moisture and mould problems i noticed even with a cmv present.
