The manager carlos arranged an upgrade to a suite with two queen beds, and i appreciated the extended stay on departure day. My flight was late! the location is superb with bars, restaurants, and shops all around. the suite was like a modern mini loft. It was very clean and spacious, and i really liked the complimentary nespresso coffee and tea.

The pool looked nice, though i did not actually use it. I noticed it had a clean appearance. the gym included several treadmills and stationary bikes, appearing well-equipped for a solid workout.

the hotel enjoys a great location, and it is very walkable to many areas. i found the proximity to chinatown and soho convenient. the area felt safe and offered numerous options for dining and entertainment nearby!

I appreciated the efficient and quick service I experienced at the front desk. Check-in was easy!!! The bed was comfortable. It provided some of the best sleep I've had in a long time. the proximity to local spots in the area made exploring effortless.

The location proved convenient for exploring the surrounding areas. The proximity to the subway simplified transportation. The room included a spacious layout. The staff were helpful and friendly.
There was often a wait. The gym had a faint smell of garbage, especially in the morning. The front desk experience was not ideal, and some requests were overlooked.
