the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was like a home away from home. transport was conveniently located near the building!!!
unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room didn't work and they did not fix it. they did not offer an alternative room. that was disappointing.

mixed feelings about my stay

The location was good. It made getting around quite easy.
The room smelled damp and musty, quite unpleasant. also, the air conditioning unit was loud and dripped water onto the bed. It made getting a good night's sleep impossible. the staff didn't seem too concerned when i mentioned these issues at checkout
