a stay with some snags

shower temperaturestreet noise
I encountered a few issues . the shower temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold (a bit of a shock each time). also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noise quite clearly. i requested a quiet room beforehand. Maybe it was just wishful thinking. finally, the promised welcome drink never materialized, a minor letdown.

One morning, i experienced a cold shower. the front desk told me no one else had complained. i also had to request replacement coffee pods. I was informed that these were only supplied on check-in.
