amazing location distinct aesthetic helpful staff
The hotel boasts an amazing location close to the center. Major sights and streets are easily accessible. nice pubs are nearby eliminating the need for transport. the hotel's interior has a distinct aesthetic that is pleasing. the staff were very helpful and professional. They definitely.
My room faced the front of the building, and a very noisy bar kept me awake. This was a definite nuisance. the hotel also played music in the hallways. This contributed to the overall noise issue. i found it difficult to relax in such a loud environment.

Breakfast was quite good with a variety of options available. I found the selection to be adequate. the service was prompt and efficient, and the dining area was clean. i thought the coffee was especially good.

the hotel is close to the train station it was a short walk i found this convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful they offered useful information. the room had modern design it was stylish.

good size room friendly staff good breakfast convenient location
I appreciated the good size room and friendly staff. They were willing to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was good and offered several options. The location was VERY convenient for visiting museums.
The gym was a bit small. It would have been nice with more equipment, BUT I managed to get a workout in.

helpful staff bottled water sufficient lighting fast wifi
the staff was helpful with directions. i appreciated the bottled water in my superior room. the room had sufficient lighting. i liked the fast wifi offered throughout the hotel. the location was close to several attractions.
the elevator wait times were occasionally a bit long during peak hours.

dusty corners empty minibar
the room cleaning was not thorough enough . i noticed some dust in the corners. also, the variety of tea offered in the room was limited. i expected a slightly wider selection for a hotel of this standard. there was no decaf option, a slight inconvenience for me, the minibar was also empty upon arrival, a minor oversight i thought.

Modern Comfort and Great Location
great location kind staff
I found the location quite convenient for accessing the Botanic Gardens. There were many restaurants and bars within a short walk from the hotel. I visited the restaurant by the lobby and found it nice and convenient. The staff at check-in were particularly kind.
