The service was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and accommodating, but there were issues regarding monetary practices towards tourists. The prime location was perfect for walking and enjoying the ocean views, with easy access to neighboring amenities. The dining experience was excellent, with great staff and a comprehensive breakfast buffet. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing the overall guest experience.

I was amazed by the spacious rooms that felt more like an apartment, complete with a small kitchen and a cozy sofa area. However, the dining options could use some improvement. The service was top-notch, especially from the incredibly kind and helpful German and Osman. The location within the walled city of Cartagena was perfect, offering easy access to restaurants and shops. Overall, a great value for the price.
