I found the staff to be friendly and helpful . Sefa at reception was particularly great! they arranged a transfer to the airport at a good price. the location was excellent, near the walkbakle metro station and istiklal street.
the elevator was tiny and fit only two people at a time, this meant waiting sometimes.

yalmaz was the most gracious receptionist. he helped me with everything , and i felt cared for. the location is wonderful , a sweet spot near everything i wanted to see, the metro , the ferry , and the charming streets. it was clean , a detail i cherish.
the elevator sometimes required a short wait , but it was a small price for such a lovely experience.
