amazing breakfast helpful staff
the breakfast was amazing and had many options. the staff helped transport my bags to my room and back upon departure!
the hotel is not accessible by car and i had to walk a short distance to get there.

The location within the palace was certainly a highlight. I found several shops and eateries nearby which was very convenient. The breakfast offered a wide selection, including croissants, fruit, cheese, and meats. Hot options were also available.
I stayed in the annexe. It lacked the character of the main building. The room felt dark and ventilation was poor. I found that the air conditioning did not work effectively. It blew out warm air only.

Amazing Experience!
central location helpful staff
I booked a Standard Double Room Main Building. The location was central giving easy access to all attractions. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I appreciated that! Breakfast was superb. I woke to the sounds of a choir performing near the hotel, it was like paradise.

The hotel location is inside a historical palace. Breakfast had a generous selection. I enjoyed the ambiance and decor. The building has beautiful stone from the 1300s.

delicious omelet excellent location good space
the breakfast included croissants fruit cheese and meats i also ordered an omelet the location is excellent it is in the heart of the historic area my room was well designed with good use of space
the lack of coffee service in the room was noticeably absent i did find this disappointing

helpful staff klapa group singing good breakfast small bed bizarre toilet difficult use
The staff was so helpful. i appreciated that the location was directly next to the vestibul. I could hear a klapa group sing throughout the day. breakfast was also good!
The beds felt too small. the toilet design seemed bizarre, almost backward! this made using the toilet somewhat difficult. It couldn't be avoided.

broken tv warm air
The tv didn't work which wasn't ideal, and nobody fixed it despite me telling housekeeping. our small room was pretty dark. the air con barely worked. It blew only warm air. overall, it was a bit too expensive for such inconveniences.
