small roomnoisy air conditioning
the room was small and a bit cramped (i was like i was constantly bumping into things). the air conditioning was quite noisy and struggled to keep the room cool. plus, the breakfast buffet was quite limited with not much variety each day and it was disappointing.

the staff helped carry luggage down the stairs toward the port. this assistance was welcome.
The jacuzzi rooftop terrace was not available. This was not clear when i booked. the rooftop area is also very small. the breakfast selection was limited for a four-star hotel.

the staff offered a very attentive service. the location was amazing! the breakfast was abundant and fresh, i especially enjoyed eating on the cobblestone streets. the room was super clean with everything i needed.

The breakfast included a diverse selection of items with many choices available. breakfast service allowed guests to eat either indoors or outdoors on the cobblestone streets. the breakfast staff provided an excellent service. They were friendly and professional.

The room had amazing water pressure in the shower and was nice. Also clean. it was well-equipped with all necessary items for a comfortable stay. the amenities offered ensured guests had everything they needed .

The reception staff was very cute. So friendly and supportive! the staff spoke english, which greatly facilitated communication. the service was fast and efficient, therefore addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.

The location was really good. It was right within the palace walls. i especially liked having breakfast outside. the cosy piazza with a view of the temple of jupiter was amazing!!! i secured a parking spot nearby too, really helpful.
i found that some dispensers in the bathroom were empty upon arrival. it was a small inconvenience, but noticeable. i hope they address this .

The breakfast was GOOD and varied! I appreciated the staff member who assisted with our luggage down the stairs toward the port. That was VERY helpful.
The glass door to the bathroom didn't close properly. This made using the facilities uncomfortable. The air conditioning did NOT work well. The room was stuffy.
