the hotel had staff that were pleasant and helpful.
The room i stayed in had sparse decorations. the breakfast service was poor. I was not allowed to pour juice before 7am. the coffee machine was broken one day. The hotel did not apologize and coffee costed extra in town.

The staff did not demonstrate much friendliness upon my arrival, and service was only average. The bathroom lacked a holder for shampoo and conditioner! it created an inconvenience. Plus, the shower products were quite basic.
