friendly staff lovely outlook
The hotel's location is convenient. It is close to many main attractions, especially the Tower, and the shops are nearby. I had a river view room with plenty of space. The breakfast was good too. I found the hotel very friendly and characterful.
The windows could be better.

historic charm, a good experience
good choice easy access
the history was amazing i felt transported to another era. the breakfast offered a good choice and satisfied my morning cravings. easy access to both the station and the airport was a huge plus. lots of restaurants are nearby and i loved that too.
the windows need some serious attention even with them closed the noise from outside was quite disruptive. a pub nearby kept things lively until the early hours and made sleep difficult. proper window repairs would greatly improve the stay.

the room featured beautiful floor tiles that added character i noticed. it also overlooked the arno river that was very scenic. the room's size was generous providing ample space for relaxation.

the hotel is close to many places around the city that allows for easy exploration. getting to it from either the airport or train station is simple and fast. many shops are near the location and convenient.

good selection friendly staff amazing location
the breakfast had a good selection of food. the staff readily offered cappuccino and espresso each morning. the location was amazing close to attractions.
the elevator was small.

Historic Charm and Great Location
pleasant staff great location historic character delicious breakfast
I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful . The location was excellent with the tower and many restaurants nearby. The building has great character and brought back a sense of history. Breakfast was also delicious with good options.
I noticed some noise at night from the street due to limited soundproofing. Earplugs resolved the issue.

The room included antique furniture and a comfortable large bed that ensured restful sleep. Clean towels were provided daily and the room had ample lighting. There was also hot water available at all times .

The hotel is in an historic building with unique architectural features. It was like a museum. There is easy access to the train station and the tower from this location. This building has very high ceilings and large windows.

The staff members were cute and provided helpful recommendations. They responded quickly to any inquiries I had and ensured my needs were met. The front desk was always staffed offering assistance at all hours.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices that catered to many tastes. I found fresh fruit, pastries, hot dishes and made-to-order omelets. The dining area was clean and well-kept each morning.
