small room cramped space
the staff was friendly and helpful.
the room was very small and cramped (i seemed like i was in a closet). there was also practically no storage space, difficult to unpack my belongings. the bathroom was a major letdown too.

loud noises flashing panel
the in-room jacuzzi was a real letdown. it started making loud noises at 2 am and the control panel flashed constantly. i went to reception, but the maintenance team wasn't available until 8 am, (imagine that!) and the hotel was full, so no other room was available. i couldn't stand it and had to leave at 4 am. it was not a restful experience.

the breakfast was acceptable with a selection of pastries and fruits.
the jacuzzi in the room started making loud noises at 2 am and a control panel was flashing. the noise and flashing lights occurred every 10 minutes. i went to reception, but maintenance wasn't available until 8 am, and no other rooms were available (so i didn't sleep well).

friendly staff daily cleaning excellent choices relaxing pool
Staff were friendly, . The room was cleaned daily, it ensured everything was perfect. The breakfast had excellent choices. The sun deck has a plunge pool, it was relaxing.
The location is little difficult for access.

The hotel provides amazing vistas encompassing the Mediterranean Sea and surroundings. Watching the sunrise and sunset was magical, it was a true highlight. The views from the room were fine.

The hotel offers a private seating area outside, exclusively for its guests. The spa visit was enjoyable. There is danish pastries and croissants for breakfast, also selection of meats and cheeses is available.

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Service
poor service limited storage
The hotel has a good location with excellent views. This aspect met my expectations.
I found the service to be quite poor. Some staff members seemed unwilling to speak English, a problem. This made ordering breakfast difficult. On some days, my room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon, around 4:30 pm. there was not enough storage space for clothes, especially for a longer stay since the rooms are small.
