My standard double room or twin room was super clean. It had a comfortable bed and a LARGE tv. The stylish decor in the lobby, restaurant, and terraces impressed me. I REALLY liked the sauna and gym.
The lobby and bar area felt very quiet. It lacked social buzz.

There were no tea or coffee facilities available in the rooms, only herbal teas. I would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room.

the rooftop pool was a bonus. it was a lovely space with an outside terrace for drinks! the breakfast buffet had lots of choice. it was excellent and of good quality. the staff was very friendly and cute on reception with sweets available!
i stayed for five nights. my room constantly smelt musty and the sheets on the bed felt damp! the chair cushion in my room was burst. the chair looked dirty and the flooring was coming away.

I found the staff helpful. They accommodated a late arrival after a long journey. The location is advantageous. It is near the airport , made travel easy. I appreciated the proximity to the highway. This gave convenient access to other destinations (a definite plus). The cleanliness throughout the hotel was very noticeable.
I noticed the lobby and bar lacked a lively atmosphere. It felt quiet with limited social interaction.

The rooms were cleaned every day. The rooms were modern, and I found the beds very comfortable. The hotel was modern. It was glass, and it showed a view of the sea.
The location was not ideal. The hotel is quite far from the city center. I did enjoy the pleasant walk, but it was still long. There were not any restaurants nearby. I found myself walking a lot to get food.

The hotel safe malfunctioned. It trapped my travel documents inside. I had to wait one hour for assistance. The bar service was notably slow. It took forty-five minutes to get a drink. There was evidently a shortage of staff during peak hours. This led to unacceptable delays and inconvenience
