Really good Stay in a Prime Location

The staff were really good. I found Jorge to be cute. Noelia provided great service, and the breakfast selection was superb. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to numerous restaurants, ensuring convenient dining options. The beds were comfortable, promoting restful sleep. The bathroom was modern. Decorative tiles added a nice touch.
I had a slight issue with slow Wi-Fi at certain times of the day.

Really good Stay Experience

I found the location excellent for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions. Breakfast offered varied and tasty options. I also used the available electric bikes. They proved a fantastic way to see the city. I could not book them in advance, so I arrived early at reception and secured them easily.
They initially maintained the standard policy despite my urgent situation. I hoped for greater flexibility during my check-in process.

Excellent stay downtown

Check-in was simple because i used the online pre-checkin. My room was silent for good sleep. The location proved ideal with numerous dining options nearby and easy access to the city center on foot.
The front desk could improve response times during peak hours.

the location was near trains and buses the walk to the museum was short it took only a few minutes to reach rufaza market i found it amazing i enjoyed the large terrace on the sixth floor it offered space and quiet i had many restaurants and grocery options next to the hotel

The staff at the reception were helpful. They addressed my needs quickly. The breakfast selection was diverse (i really enjoyed the fresh juices!). The room had a great terrace. It overlooked a crossroads and remained quiet.
The front desk staff was not very friendly at first. This happened when i requested a cancellation due to an urgent situation. They did not refund my room. I never checked in because of the emergency.
