missing kettle limited slippers
the location is quite central making access to attractions straightforward.
I found the room rather basic lacking a kettle. I also requested slippers but the staff only provided one pair. this shortage of amenities did impact my comfort and convenience.

convenient location clean room room service uninterested bartender
the location is very convenient. it's just a short walk to many attractions and the metro station is close. the room was clean and i found the size to be adequate, especially compared to other european hotels i have stayed in.
i tried to order room service one evening, but i was informed that it was unavailable. i then requested service in the lounge, but i was directed to the restaurant only. despite waiting patiently, the bartender did not seem interested in serving my table.

tourist spots helpful staff communal areas
the hotel is near popular tourist spots. the staff was helpful . the communal areas were inviting (i spent some time in the bar).
i found that the mini bar policy was not clear. the prices weren't readily available and i was charged for items i thought were complimentary.

the superior double room included a comfortable bed. the room offered quiet atmosphere, a welcome respite after a day exploring. everything was new and well maintained.

the location proved very convenient for accessing various attractions. the staff demonstrated helpfulness when i required directions (they were prompt in assisting me!). i found the room quite clean upon arrival.

many restaurants hot items friendly staff
the breakfast had lots of options it included both hot and cold items. the location was convenient with many restaurants nearby. the staff was helpful and friendly it was great the reception was available at night.
the minibar lacked a clear price list for all items.
