lovely viewhelpful staff
the superior best view room gave me a lovely view. the staff was also really helpful to me. breakfast included many choices for varied nationalities. i loved automatic curtains, those are the perfect addition.

Excellent Hotel Choice!

This hotel has a great location. It is a short walk to the Hbf and the river! The restaurant is awesome. The smash burger is huge with great fries. I had it for years. Our room on the fifteenth floor showed city views. the bed and pillows were perfect!
The parking situation was unclear. This caused some confusion.

The room included plugs next to the bed! The bathroom was lovely with great lighting. I loved it. The bed faced toward the window, so you could stare out for ages. The room size was also really great.

Super stay near the Main

Reception staff was helpful. I had a very nice room. The interior was aesthetically pleasing and the city view was fine. The facilities felt very modern. I liked the short walk to the bahn hof. It was easy to reach the Städel Museum crossing the bridge over the Main River.
The mini bar was empty. You have to pick up overpriced drinks in lobby. Surrounding area feel so-so. Shops are closed.

Staff were attentive. The reception area had comfortable seating. Check-in was swift. I was able to leave my luggage without any problems after I checked out for a few hours.

The hotel location is super! It is close to the train station. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were excellent too. I also appreciated the free bikes available.
Housekeeping practices require improvements, I feel.

the location near the train station was convenient , but set away from its immediate surroundings. the holbeinsteg foot bridge over the main river was nearby , perfect for museum walks. the bed was very comfortable , and i appreciated the late (12pm) checkout time.
the hotel felt slightly too dark at night , and the main revolving door was sometimes blocked.
