internal door bedside table

Housekeeping did NOT lock the internal door upon arrival, so the people in the room next door could access my room (WHAT a shock!). I reported this, but a staff member knocked shortly after, claiming I reported pills left on the bedside table by a previous guest. This call was NOT made by me. Prepaying for breakfast was also a problem because the staff did not clarify which items were chargeable. It was annoying.

the bed was super comfy and i found all the amenities i needed. breakfast was amazing it was a really great start to the day. the staff were friendly and made check in very easy.

hallways smelled poorly i did not enjoy walking through them. the interior of the room was in disarray upon arrival. the air conditioning did not work making the room uncomfortable.

The room was a Studio. The space was clean and well-designed. I found the bed comfortable. The rooftop bar offered city views. Breakfast was tasty. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There were many breakfast places nearby. The location was convenient to transportation.

friendly staff convenient check-in

i found the staff friendly. self check-in was convenient (staff assisted when needed). the room was well-equipped. its location allows easy access by bus and underground.

the light carpets showed some stains, and some soap dispensers looked worn. i also found it difficult to safely use the kettle in my room due to the power socket locations.
