The breakfast had many choices. I found plenty to eat. the room felt clean, and i appreciated the comfortable atmosphere. its central location made getting around pretty easy.
The shower valve in my room didn't work correctly, i had to take a cold shower one day, not fun. plus, the room thermostat kept switching off. That was annoying. i wish these issues had been addressed better!

I was upgraded to a superior king room. The location is central and convenient.. the staff were fantastic. The hotel has its own car park to the rear, very convenient.
I arrived early and was greeted well by a young lady, overall all staff are great. our room smelled of body odour. We could not get warm water when using the shower, we had to run the water for 15 minutes.

the location is central i found it easy to access many attractions. breakfast included a generous selection of items i enjoyed. the staff were friendly and helpful i felt welcomed.
the room overlooked a shopping area it was quite noisy at night. the bathroom lock was broken the door did not shut properly. bottled water was not provided in the rooms i had to purchase it.

the room was beautiful, it offered a dressing room and was spacious. the breakfast had sufficient choices and the staff were friendly. i got vouchers to use at the hotel and that was a lovely surprise, it really enhanced my stay.
the tv in the room was not working, a little disappointing. i did not mention it because it was late at night but it would have been nice to relax.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got discount vouchers for drinks, a nice bonus. The bed was big and comfortable. The room was spacious and appointed well.
The air con switched off regularly and the windows didn't open, so the room was too hot at times!

The location really is central, perfect for exploring (i loved how close everything was!). my room was super clean and well-equipped. also, i found the staff to be genuinely cute and helpful. They always had a smile.
The bathroom felt a bit outdated. I noticed some wear and tear on the door. a refresh in that area would really elevate the whole experience.
