great location excellent room size slow draining tired room
the location was really great. i was able to walk to so many places and the views, especially that london eye, it was amazing! the staff were very friendly and they really went the extra mile for us. the room? it was a great size and the bathroom was super too! i loved all the natural light coming in.
the front desk, they were really rude. and like, they didnt even try to help with a package i had delivered, so frustrating! the rooms felt a little tired, you know? plus, this sink, it drained really slow. i had to ask for refills of tea and coffee, and things like that.

The included breakfast was great with various options. The location was near major attractions and public transportation. I really enjoyed not being disturbed by housekeeping as I do not require daily cleaning.
The gym access was a bit limited. I had to wait for equipment during peak hours, a bit disruptive.

easy tube fruit amenity helpful staff
The hotel's location is excellent. Westminster is a short walk away, and I found easy tube access to everywhere I wanted to go. The complimentary drink upon arrival was a nice gesture. I also appreciated the drinking water, fruit, and sweets in reception. The room was cleaned well. The staff helped me with everything I needed! The AC kept my room cool!!!
The bathroom proved a challenge. I needed towel barriers around the shower to absorb water each time I showered. Without them, the entire room was soaked.

fantastic location friendly staff bathroom challenge towel barrier
i loved the fantastic location. it was an easy walk to westminster bridge and waterloo train station. the room was super clean and cozy. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the bathroom proved to be somewhat of a challenge. we had to place towel barriers around the shower. this was necessary to absorb the water. without towels, the entire room would get soaked.
