The room had a good-sized tv and comfortable beds. Car parking was AVAILABLE. The evening meal was excellent and the breakfast was VERY good.
The coffee in the bar was expensive at over £5 for a small cup. This felt overpriced, but I am not a regular visitor to the area.

Staff provided prompt check-in assistance and offered helpful directions to local attractions. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness daily, replenishing amenities, and responding quickly to requests. Concierge service was available 24/7 and assisted with booking transportation.

the room was clean and modern. i liked the narrow cupboard that housed a hairdryer. two large full-length mirrors were on the doors! the bathroom included both a walk-in shower and a full-length bath, which i found very convenient.
The small coffee in the bar seemed a little overpriced. It cost over £5.

the gym was a good size, equipped well for a quick workout.
My room lacked attention to detail. The air conditioning didn't work properly, and the minibar hadn't been cleaned. it smelled like old food. the toilet flush was also temperamental. It didn't work all the time, quite annoying. i found these issues detracted from the overall experience.

adequate stay but some shortcomings
faulty machinelimited choice
the nespresso machine in the room was not working properly. the capsule did not fit and prevented the lever from locking. i was surprised that there was only a generic dispenser for breakfast with no choice of latte espresso or cappuccino. a waiter confirmed this i found this disappointing for the price.
