Fantastic Hotel Experience!

helpful staff room view

The staff was very helpful. I appreciate their warm welcome. The room was spacious and super clean. It had a amazing view of the lake. The washer and dryer were very convenient.

The elevators were under replacement, so only two elevators were in use. This meant there were waiting times. That was a bit inconvenient.

Location

9/10

Benchakitti Park is within walking distance, a great bonus for those seeking outdoor activities. An electric Tuk Tuk shuttle provides convenient access to the Exchange Tower. It also offers easy access to the Asoke BTS and Terminal 21.

Service

10/10

The receptionists, including Art, Tah, and Koy, are friendly! Concierge staff, like Bai, Tum, and Azmie, are very helpful! Room maids consistently provide great service! The staff are professional and always smiling.

Dining

8/10

The Coffee Club restaurant offers a great selection of meals with various options available. The hotel provides food vouchers redeemable at the Coffee Club. A simple buffet is also available for breakfast. The options were good.

big windows separate area

The apartment had big windows, so the lighting was great. There was also a separate living area from the bedroom (i appreciated having my own space).

The elevators did not have enough capacity, resulting in longer wait times during peak hours.

excellent stay with thoughtful service

lemongrass drink friendly staff high floor big pool

I appreciate the lemongrass welcome drink provided in the lobby. Carrot, bim, and som were very kind. the room was located on a high floor. the swimming pool is quite big and offers a nice view. i especially liked the convenient shuttle service to the queen sirikit center.

The absence of bts station pick-up services impacted overall convenience. it would have been nice if they dropped us off at the station. The distance was slightly inconvenient.

Dining

8/10

breakfast included organic, continental, and buffet options. three restaurants serve different menus, offering variety, but i noticed that the options changed slightly daily.

Location

9/10

The hotel is near the convention center queen sirikit center. I found this location very convenient for my business trip. the surrounding area has massage shops and convenience stores, which i found convenient.
