Acceptable Stay with Minor Issues

inconsistent temperaturehard mattress
The bathroom showed clear signs of wear and tear. The shower temperature was inconsistent. It was cold on the first day and only lukewarm afterward. The bed mattress felt very hard. The pillows were also not of great quality.

my room was spacious and clean. complimentary water was provided daily (it was a nice touch). the staff proved friendly and helpful throughout my visit. i also found the wifi signal to be consistently strong.
i noticed some very minor wear and tear in the bathroom, like small cracks, but well kept and functional.

the staff was cheerful and always willing to help with any requests i had. they provided an excellent choice of western and asian cuisine at breakfast. plentiful hot water was available for showers each day.

the swimming pool offered a very relaxing atmosphere. the concierge service was professional and helpful (i really appreciated their assistance). the food at the restaurant was also very good, with a variety of options.

The location was quite convenient. It was just a short tuk tuk ride to the town center. it's a walkable distance too (about 25 minutes). this made exploring the area very easy.

Really good Hospitality and Beautiful Spaces!

The staff was friendly to our needs. I also loved the big, clean rooms.. they felt luxurious! Breakfast was delicious and included, a definite bonus. The pool area didn't smell of chlorine. I really enjoyed swimming there after a hot day.

The front desk team and other staff members were friendly and helpful. They were always available when I needed assistance, and they promptly fulfilled any requests that I had , even getting extra items.
