an acceptable stay
helpful staffoverall experienceinadequate lightingslow response
the staff stored my dad's medication in their fridge, helpful. it allowed us to access it easily when required. the hotel's decoration had a particular style.
the room lacked adequate lighting. it was difficult to increase the light levels. this was inconvenient when trying to get ready in the room. the customer service seemed unresponsive. it was hard to reach the manager.
