I had a fantastic stay at Alexander's Suites! The villa with a jacuzzi overlooking the caldera view was breathtaking. The service was top-notch, making our trip even more memorable. However, the additional charges for extra guests were a downside. The location was superb, and the homemade pastry offered a delightful dining experience.

I stayed at this hotel for the last 2 nights of our trip and it was fantastic! The room was spacious and included a jacuzzi inside and a hot tub outside with a brilliant terrace view. The location near the main pathway in Oia was super convenient. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was nice, but I wish they varied the meals a bit more. Overall, a great stay with a few minor cons.

The hotel offers a great room with a mini kitchenette near Alexander's Boutique, though it wasn't the room type initially booked. The service went above and beyond to assist with trip planning and even organized an amazing boat tour for us. The location is very good, providing a stunning view just outside the main shops and restaurants in Oia. The dining experience was unsatisfactory due to delays and attempts to upsell. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives were encountered during the stay.
