the room was clean. a bed was made up each day i was there. the location is central and convenient.
the room was small with two queen beds. it was hard to move around. there was no view at all, just a brick building.

the room included an executive king room. it featured a king size bed and a seating area. the fitness center on the 25th floor had good equipment.
i experienced an issue with the lack of housekeeping services . this was not explained upon arrival, inconvenient after a long day.

I loved the location. It's super central! the room was nice and clean. the staff were kind and helpful. i really enjoyed how close it was to everything!

the front desk staff were available 24/7 and quickly addressed any questions i had; they provided directions and offered recommendations for local restaurants. bell service was prompt and efficient. i liked that the team was proactive and helpful.

the fitness center included three treadmills, two elliptical machines, and a selection of free weights; the equipment looked clean and well maintained. i saw the business center offered computers and printing services. the vending machines provided snacks and drinks.

I found the staff to be nice. The rooms were larger than average, a HUGE plus. The location was PERFECT for my visit. Check-in was easy, and parking was convenient too.
I believe the hotel is slightly faded. Housekeeping was not automatic. I had to request it. This was a little annoying after long days.

There are several dining options nearby. Many places are open early for breakfast. However, the hotel itself lacks hot tea or coffee service in the lobby, a bit disappointing.

The hotel features classic architecture, which I LOVED. I saw no restaurant or bar currently operating in the hotel. Valet parking is available at a rate of $66 per night.

the hotel is in a very central location! it is close to many dining places. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the hotel lobby did not look like the pictures. the lights were too bright and the furniture looked worn. i had to wait in line to check in, and only one person was at reception, apply, twice.
