The location is near public transport options. Many attractions are within walking distance of this accommodation. I found many restaurants nearby. I thought breakfast was very diverse, with a high standard of service.
The air conditioning in my room was not the strongest.

The breakfast staff were helpful. Mattea was especially attentive to my needs. She gave great recommendations for local transport. This level of attention was certainly welcome.

My room was well decorated and clean. I had plenty of storage space for my belongings. The bathroom appeared modern. A coffee machine was available. The bed was comfortable, ensuring good rest.

the hotel location is close to rathaus and hofburg i found balmain products in the bathroom the experience felt premium. breakfasts at the hotel were amazing the design was gorgeous in every detail
the garage seemed small it felt not SO convenient for large cars

My second visit confirmed the quality. The hotel offers clean rooms with comfortable beds. The staff impressed me with their friendliness, and the breakfast provided many choices. The proximity to City Hall and Parliament is very convenient (easy to explore the area).
The air conditioning in the room was barely noticeable. The room felt stuffy even with mild temperatures outside.

the breakfast was satisfactory. it had a decent variety of options.
the air conditioning barely worked. the room felt stuffy, even when it was only mildly warm outside. i removed the duvet from its cover because it was too hot to sleep comfortably.

The staff was friendly.
The air conditioning in the bedroom was practically nonexistent. The rooms are small, so they quickly felt stuffy. I can't imagine how hot the room would be during warmer months.
