The hotel's location worked great for accessing tram lines. They were just a short walk away. the beds offered a comfortable sleep. i particularly enjoyed the magical water pressure in the shower. i also felt that paying extra for the river view was genuinely worth it.
The room i was in showed its age, lacking certain modern touches! a bathroom upgrade is definitely needed, particularly to address the cramped shower space. while friendly, i found the service lacked attention to detail. Valet parking wasn't immediately available upon arrival, and assistance with luggage was not proactively offered.
