The location was beneficial, it felt safe with a beautiful and quite atmosphere! beds were very comfortable. I slept very well. restaurants and grocery stores are close. I didn't need taxis to reach the city center.
i found the housekeeping inconsistent. there were a few occasions when i had to request fresh towels, and sometimes i had to pick them up at the reception, it was not ideal.

The room included wall shelves creating extra space. This was helpful. the bed was comfortable, and i slept well each night. the bathroom size was adequate. It had all necessary amenities.

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. I felt so welcome. complimentary water bottles were provided throughout my stay, and i found THAT very thoughtful. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, perfect for returning after a long day.
The receptionist wasn't very friendly. And seemed uninterested in helping.

The breakfast options were great (i loved the fresh pastries).
The room I received was smaller than advertised. The wardrobe space was limited (only 35cm wide), and there was nowhere to store luggage, i had to keep them on the bed. I mentioned this upon leaving, but it was too late to change rooms, unfortunately.

The breakfast room felt a bit crowded on my last day. I needed to wait briefly for a table. It was not a big issue, though.
