I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely, clean, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and a surprisingly spacious bathroom. The breakfast was tasty, and the lighting and furniture in the room were beautifully handled. However, there were some issues with handling a complaint that led to an inconvenience during my stay.
The hotel's rooms onto the garden were luxurious as promised, but the view turned out to be an air shaft with rooms looking directly into ours. The service was very friendly and professional, especially the bartender who helped us navigate the challenging streets in the canal area. The location had a WOW factor and made our trip unforgettable, being in a lovely, convivial area within easy walking distance of all the main museums. Facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed.
I stayed at the Annex down the street. The room had lots of plush reds and purples, just like in the pictures although it was a bit small. The Royal Split level Suite was cozy.
