Really good Hospitality in the Heart of the City

nice breakfastearly check-inroom lighting
The breakfast was a very good buffet. I could also order some items from a menu. Early check in at 9am was super appreciated. The staff was all super nice.
The room lighting needs improvement. There were no overhead lights and the bedside lamps gave off a dull light. This made applying makeup difficult. The desk mirror would not stay upright also.
Rooms
9/10
The room was very quiet and also very clean. Blackout curtains created a dark sleeping environment. The bed was comfortable and the bedding felt premium.
Service
10/10
Customer service was amazing. From the doormen to the check-in staff, everyone provided stellar service. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Facilities
9/10
Breakfast included a vast array of foods. It suited every requirement alongside swift, efficient service. Wellington Cafe is literally on the corner of the hotel's road. It offers a fab scone and coffee.
Location
10/10
The location is perfect to access all major local sights. It has a handy location for the town and the station. The hotel is within comfortable walking distance of most attractions and restaurants.
