nice stay on the water
excellent locationwelcome drinkfriendly staff
the location was excellent , being close to the markthal makes it very convenient. i received a welcome drink upon arrival. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any questions i had.
i noticed some noise from outside , as the hotel is located near streets and a bridge.

the room included a comfortable bed and a small seating area. a terrace provided extra space , equipped with a table and two chairs. the room had sufficient lighting , with bedside lamps and an overhead light.

free coffee and tea were available at any time in the buffet area. the hotel provides parking nearby , though there may be additional charges. the restaurant has a good atmosphere and plays nice music.

the reception staff was attentive and offered helpful advice. waiters in the bar restaurant were concerned and advising. the crew at the reception was very gentle , which enhanced the overall positive impression.

the location was perfect for everything i wanted.
the reception staff was unprofessional, i think they were interns. i requested a corporate invoice, they did not provide it. check-out was so slow, the receptionist was chatting with the restaurant staff, that bothered me.
