non-functional wifi upstairs noise

The room was cleaned and bath towels were refreshed every day. That was appreciated

I stayed for several nights and during that time, the wifi did not work at all. This was really frustrating. additionally, there was noise coming from the room upstairs. It disrupted my sleep

i found the staff super helpful. they gave good recommendations for local spots. the hotel sits near a really nice dining hall. i did appreciate the convenience of its location. it made exploring pretty simple.

The room could use a small mirror near the entrance. It would be practical before leaving.

warm water room service

the first night lacked warm water. it was unavailable from arrival until 10:30 the following morning. a request to service the room at 4:00 pm was made, we stated we would leave in fifteen minutes. upon return, the room remained uncleaned. i expect better service with such room pricing.

inner courtyard dim lighting

The lack of natural light was annoying. my room faced an inner courtyard, so it felt a bit claustrophobic. And the noise from other guests echoed. also, the minibar prices are outrageous! i paid nearly 8 euros for a small bottle of water. the room lighting was dim.
