fantastic stay!
helpful staff good recommendation nice dining hall simple exploration
i found the staff super helpful. they gave good recommendations for local spots. the hotel sits near a really nice dining hall. i did appreciate the convenience of its location. it made exploring pretty simple.
The room could use a small mirror near the entrance. It would be practical before leaving.

The hotel offered easy check-in procedures. this made arrival smooth. it also features very clean environments throughout the premises. I noticed a high standard of cleanliness. they clearly maintained all areas very well.

The hotel is in a great location. it allows convenient exploration on foot. the proximity to key sites is beneficial. several good restaurants sit nearby. I enjoyed this convenience a lot.

The breakfast buffet was really nice! i enjoyed fresh selections each morning. the staff addressed every request promptly. their attentive service really enhanced my stay. I found them wonderful.

warm water room service
the first night lacked warm water. it was unavailable from arrival until 10:30 the following morning. a request to service the room at 4:00 pm was made, we stated we would leave in fifteen minutes. upon return, the room remained uncleaned. i expect better service with such room pricing.

adequate stay, some issues noted
inner courtyard dim lighting
The lack of natural light was annoying. my room faced an inner courtyard, so it felt a bit claustrophobic. And the noise from other guests echoed. also, the minibar prices are outrageous! i paid nearly 8 euros for a small bottle of water. the room lighting was dim.

nice decor friendly staff limited options out-of-the-way location
The room decor was quite nice. It had a warm feel to it. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs.
There were not many options to get food and a drink nearby. It's a little out of the way.
