The location was advantageous, close to Gare du Nord. I found a functioning fridge in the room, a significant plus during the summer. The staff were very friendly. Ahmed had kind words each time we met.
I found the breakfast policy and practices inconvenient. I had to request plates, cups, mugs, and cutlery. The refills for the food were not done automatically. I had to ask for the main items. the cleaning lady was not smiling or respectful.

lovely stay near gare du nord

the location was great. it was only a ten minute walk from gare du nord and a thirty minute walk to the louvre. the staff were very lovely (sergio especially. we encountered no issues at all.
the room was a bit tiny for two people with luggage. we also found there was only one duvet on the double bed initially. we did receive an extra one the second day after requesting it, though.
