beautiful gardens wooden architecture good service missing tv missing bath tubs poor coffee
The hotel has beautiful gardens. i saw lotus ponds there. the traditional wooden architecture was nice. the staff was nice. They delivered good service.
there was no tv in my room. also there weren't any bath tubs. i had to order my coffee from a bakery since the quality of the restaurant's coffee was poor.

The grounds displayed beautiful greenery and a cozy atmosphere.
The restaurant service was slow. It took far too long to get our order taken and food served, even after arriving on time for our reservation, I wouldn't come back.

helpful staff ancient places experienced guide
My room was cleaned well. I appreciate the helpful front desk, they assisted from my arrival until departure. Restaurant and spa staffs were very supportive. I love the tours they arranged. My tour guide were very experienced.
The street noise were quite loud during the evening. It was hard to fall asleep because of the loud music. It not was really a very peaceful stay.

attentive staff convenient location experienced guide
I greatly valued the attentive staff. They handled all my requests promptly. The location provided easy access to local restaurants, which I found very convenient. Temple tours arranged by the front desk included an experienced guide. This enhanced the exploration. I also liked that the spa services were helpful.
The coffee quality at the restaurant was below expectations. I preferred getting coffee elsewhere
