a good stay overall

spacious room amazing staff water leak ongoing issue

i really enjoyed how spacious my room was! it felt so luxurious, and i even found fresh fruit waiting for me. the staff were also great, like, seriously amazing!!!

i did notice a slight lack of concern regarding a water leak in the sitting room, it was a bummer. plus, i saw a towel against the skirting board, which kinda suggested it was an ongoing thing, ew.

the hotel building is beautiful. rooms are spacious and well-equipped. staff members are consistently friendly. the pool is long enough for swimming and includes lounge chairs with towels.

i noticed a substantial water leak on the sitting room floor. a towel was against the skirting board. the leak seemed to be an ongoing problem. breakfast offered limited hot vegetarian options.

a nice stay

the staff welcomed us with watermelon juice, lovely. i was able to check in a couple of hours early and even got an upgrade. i received a city map and information on nearby sights. the twin room was very spacious and i liked the large shower with double sinks.

i didn't get a chance to try out their spa and that was disappointing. it would have completed the experience. hopefully, i will be able to do that next time.

the location is great! it's a ten-minute walk to independence monument and bassac lane. i could easily walk to the royal palace. a short tuk-tuk ride got me to tuol sleng (s21) in less than ten minutes.

I relaxed in the outdoor pool on the ground floor. It was nice. there were extra seating areas to relax. transport was available 24 hours just outside the hotel. it was convenient. i appreciated that.

water leak lack of concern

the location was convenient for getting around.

I was quite annoyed by a substantial water leak in the room. it was clear this had been happening for a while as evidenced by a towel placed against the skirting board behind the sofa. The staff didn't seem too concerned about it, though. this lack of concern really frustrated me, i expect better maintenance and responsiveness from a hotel.

The building boasts a fine architecture. The pool offered the coolest swims during my trip. Our bedroom was comfortable with generous space, and the staff displayed really good kindness. I found the massage service excellent and particularly relaxing. I also appreciated the very good spa experience.

the room had a very comfortable bed and was spacious i found the breakfast to be very good i appreciated the fresh french baguettes offered

the lift only goes to the third floor this required me to walk up one flight of stairs
