Superb Experience in Every Way
activity organization great recommendation knowledgeable guide relaxing treatment
Franklin organized an activity every day. It met my requests. He provided AMAZING recommendations, contributing to a nice stay. Varnak, the private guide, was knowledgeable and served as a great photographer. The spa treatments provided a real treat, awesome for relaxation.
The volleyball courts across the road caused a slight noise disturbance. It impacted the otherwise quiet atmosphere at times. the building's facilities opposite the hotel compensated for it. I made use of the villas, their pool and restaurant.

Really good Service and Beautiful Setting
airport pickup quiet room diverse choices
the hotel offered complimentary airport pickup. i checked in easily. my room was quiet despite the central location. i found the air conditioning particularly effective. the breakfast buffet featured diverse choices. i recommend waiting for the menu before taking too much food.

the breakfast buffet had made-to-order espresso drinks. i tried the khmer tasting menu at kroya and recommend it. the restaurant had tables suspended on ropes, a very nice feature. the cocktails were of good quality.

the hotel is in a central location. it made walking to markets convenient. tuk-tuks were available for about $1. this offered an easy transport solution when it was too hot. it is close to multiple temples.

there is a very nice pool and pool area. the surrounding gardens felt peaceful. the hotel had a bar and a shop for guest use. the hotel includes volleyball courts and other buildings with villas and pools.

the staff remembered every detail. they were thoughtful. they met my wife and i separately at the airport. the front desk arranged trips. they prepared a breakfast box for our early morning trip.

Acceptable Stay, Poor Follow-Up
noisy volleyball courts undelivered guest folio
The room was near volleyball courts and it was noisy at times. The building opposite provided additional facilities. I requested my guest folio at checkout (a common practice). I was told it would be emailed. Five weeks later, I still have not received it. Two follow-up attempts using the online form received no response and the email address on the website bounced (an oversight).
