convenient locationhelpful staffgood selection
the location proved convenient. it was easy to walk to many points of interest from the hotel (everything felt so close!). the staff were helpful. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of items.
the light switch for the bathroom was located outside the bathroom. this made nighttime use inconvenient for anyone else sleeping in the room.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful . the rooms were clean and neat which i appreciated. its accessibility to both the subway and taxis was beneficial to me. i also found many stores and restaurants in the immediate area.
it was difficult to get freenow to pick me up at the hotel even when reserved ahead of time.

The location was acceptable. It was close to many shops.
The tv didn't work. It just showed static from time to time, annoying. also, the bathroom light switch was outside the bathroom, so i had to light up the entire room when i needed to use it at night. this made it difficult for my partner who was sleeping there.

This hotel had friendly staff. They provided help calling the airline about delayed luggage. I got good updates. The location was really convenient. It was a short walk from a train stop and Las Ramblas. I walked to the market daily. The room had toothbrushes and a bathrobe.

The location is central. I could easily walk to many restaurants and shops (it was very convenient). The breakfast had a good variety of foods. The staff was helpful and friendly. There Was a small pool on the roof, I liked it.
