Restaurant l'orangerie offered a warm ambiance and exquisite flavors. Every dish was meticulously prepared with very nice flavor. The attentive staff met every need. The charming decor and perfect service made it a culinary gem. Farah is a professional and helpful host. The location is great, and the staff is amazing. The pool and staff are very helpful. I felt welcomed as a solo female traveler.
The hotel has a rule that guests cannot bring outside food or drinks in including water

Restaurant service was sublime both at the restaurant and pool. Breakfast had enormous variety with many choices available. It was like a celebration every morning. There was also an extensive and delicious breakfast.

The rooms were very comfortable with great beds. The shower was excellent. Very neat place. The comfort of the room was something I particularly loved.

The pool was superb with many guests but very well spread out. Staff was always polite and helpful moving umbrellas. Staff also frequently changed pool towels. I secure hotel and cared for.

the pools have very comfortable areas around them with seating choices. the cleaning staff kept my room clean as new every day. turndown service was available each evening. i appreciated that one of the pools is heated..
i found the food and drink menus accessible only via qr codes which i did not prefer.

Palatial Experience!

Farah from guest relations is amazing. She. The staff was attentive and efficient, especially at breakfast. The pool area included lots of space to relax under the sun.
The outdoor nightclub on one side of the hotel was very noisy, specially closing time. It. I hope they fix the soundproofing situation soon.

The hotel featured beautiful gardens with orange trees. The pool area have many loungers, with a shaded section to escape the sun. A chic beach club vibe makes the area perfect.

The contemporary beautiful room includes two separate sinks. a rainfall shower. A welcome gift of traditional mint tea was a lovely touch. The corridors were scented with a fresh, lemony fragrance, I loved it.

amazing breakfastexcellent gym
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! The variety included both local and international options. I especially liked the gym. It featured several treadmills and a wide selection of weight-training equipment. I was grateful.
