musty odorshower design
the room had a slightly musty odor it was not overpowering but noticeable. the bathroom shower design allowed water to easily splash onto the floor outside the shower enclosure creating a small puddle. i also found the breakfast service to be a bit understaffed during peak hours there was a noticeable delay in refilling items and clearing tables i did have to wait an extended period to get a coffee refill. perhaps additional staff during busy times could alleviate this issue.
