The food had good taste and quality. sandy beaches were clean. the staff were friendly. Reception staff like mr foad, mohamed and hakim were really nice. mr ahmed mahmoud showed nice hospitality in the restaurant.
the power did not work when we first arrived. after fixing the issue, the lighting in the main room connected with the bathroom lights. it was quite far from the city.

I was a little disappointed with the room. Some aspects looked a bit tired and could use some updating. The bathroom felt basic, and the shower pressure wasn't consistent. I also noticed that the air conditioning unit made a somewhat LOUD noise at night, this disturbed my sleep a little.

the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section i found two separate sinks and a rainfall shower in my room. my room was close to the beach bar so i enjoyed quick access to refreshments. the beach provided a gentle slope into the water it was easy to enter the sea without a jetty.

i really appreciated the location directly on the beach. the beach was sandy with clear water, just right for swimming. the hotel had daily activities near the beach, and the staff were always available. (i found the animation team particularly energetic.)
the air conditioning in the room was tricky. i found it went from too strong to too weak easily. regulating it was difficult to get it just right. hopefully, they can improve this system.
