Alyasher and Amilhamja provided a very good housekeeping service. I found them professional and the room was clean. They ensured it stayed organized and comfortable. I appreciated their detail and teamwork. It reflected a high standard.

I really enjoyed the convenient location near the Prophet's Mosque, it made visits easy. The staff was always ready to help with a smile. I found the breakfast buffet had many delicious choices. My room was always neat and well kept by the friendly housekeeping staff.

The hotel location was great as it was only a short walk to the mosque. i really liked muhammad abdul ellyonem ahmad, the restaurant manager. He gave us great service. i plan to visit again soon. the staff was always ready to assist.
the hotel indicated i had used a promo code and declined cashback on my transaction. i booked because of that cashback offer. it was quite disappointing to not receive it. i feel this was dishonest.

The location was quite good for women traveling. It was very close to the women's entrance to the mosque.
The staff was rude and constantly expected to be tipped. We stopped tipping once we saw how poor their service was. It did not improve things.
