mixed feelings on the stay
dark corridors unwelcoming atmosphere
the location were good.
the room felt small. the corridors had dark colors. i also wasnt greeted by staff when i entered or left, so it felt unwelcoming.

charmed art deco experience
high quality food convenient location accommodating staff
The restaurant was beautiful! i enjoyed the very high quality food served for breakfast and dinner. the hotel location was convenient, near tourist attractions and the metro station. the staff were accommodating and friendly too. They made my stay easier

terrible attitude tense discussion
the breakfast was ok the staff were friendly and helpful.
i returned to the hotel at 530pm after a day in the city i was refused access to the bar a cruise party had booked it the barman initially wouldn't serve us after a tense discussion the duty manager relented but the attitude was terrible.
