the room was quite spacious.
The air conditioning seemed to run constantly. It sounded like a washing machine all night. staff could not turn it off. the breakfast buffet was also chaotic. The hot food was cold and there was not enough space.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even granted me early check-in. The location is great. I could walk almost everywhere I needed. The room design was fun. It had enough space for two people. The tv had youtube and netflix.
It made no sense. The cleaners did not clean properly. It was dirty. The cleaners stole our card. I had to get another.

The room was very comfortable and had everything i needed. The bathroom was nice. It featured a good shower. The rooms have air conditioning which runs all day and night. It IS like sleeping on a washing machine!

The location IS handy for walking to attractions. Trams are less than five minutes away from the hotel. They provide excellent regular service. The hotel is near many lovely pubs and restaurants along the side streets.

The staff IS very polite and friendly. They work very hard. Check-in at 12:00 is a nice way to stay lazy in the morning. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel features a cute cafe and chill-out library inside. The breakfast selection IS excellent, with superior options. The hotel itself looks stylish and eye-pleasing. The hotel has a quiet inner garden. It has very unique touches.

the staff seemed helpful and the hotel does have a calm feel to it.
The breakfast buffet really was boring and the hot food sat cold. It was difficult to enjoy because people were constantly bumping into each other. the coffee came from a machine and i didn't like it very much. i wish there was another solution.
